Doug Compton said.At 10:06 a.m. the driver, identified as Jeffrey Martin, 49, of Long Valley, was heading southbound on Naughright Road when his vehicle ran off the southbound shoulder, then crossed back over the double yellow line into the northbound lane and ultimately struck a tree, Compton said.It is not yet known why Martin's vehicle ran off the road, Compton said.Naughright Road was closed between Bartley Road and Fieldstone Drive for about three hours Tuesday morning.
