Swimmers Head To NJSIAA Quarterfinals From Long Valley
Both West Morris Central High School boys and girls Wolfpack swim teams had first round victories.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — Swimmers from West Morris Central High School head to the next round of the NJSIAA Tournament on Friday, NJ.com reports.
The boys team, which is bracketed in the North 2, Group C Tournament, took a victory at and from New Providence High School on Tuesday, 86-84. The team heads to the quarterfinal round on Friday, with and at McNair Academic High School, a school located in Jersey City.
West Morris girls prevailed over Hackettstown High School on Tuesday in the first round of the North 2, Group C Tournament, with a home victory of 94-66. The team also faces Parsippany Hills High School students at their school on Friday.

Each of the teams received a congratulations message from Washington Township Mayor Matt Murello on Wednesday.
“Great job and #GoPack,” Murello wrote.
