Toys For Tots Drive Kicks Off In Madison, Helps Children In Need

MADISON, NJ — The annual Toys for Tots holiday drive is being held by the Borough of Madison once more, and soon, gifts will be gathered for nearby families in need, bringing the holiday spirit to everyone.
Toys are currently being collected at the Public Safety Complex, which is located at 62 Kings Road, in Madison. All toys can be dropped off inside or the trailer in the Kings Road parking lot, officials said.
Toys for Tots is a national charitable program run by the US Marine Corps Reserve. This is the 75th anniversary for Marine Toys for Tots, which helps less fortunate children have a happy holiday.

The toys are collected and distributed to children whose families may be struggling financially and unable to purchase gifts during the holiday season as part of the program.
This year, the Madison toy drive will be delivering all donations to the Goreyeb Children's Hospital in Morristown and Summit, as well as to needy children in the Madison area.
