$500K In Federal Funds Allocated To Artists, Historians In Bergen Co.
Bergen County has allocated $500,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds to artists and historians affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Bergen County has allocated $500,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds to eligible arts and history nonprofits, and working artists and historians impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, county spokesman Derek Sands said.
The grant will reimburse work-related operating costs from March 1 to date that include workspace rentals, supplies, equipment and payroll, Sands said.
Expense reimbursements sought require proof of purchase in the form of payroll registers, receipts, etc.

This program is not the same as the Bergen County Arts Grant Program or History Grant Program. The Division of Cultural and Historic Affairs will administer two types of ARP fund arts and history grants
o Arts and History Organizations Grant: Max ask is $5,000
