EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - A crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in East Rutherford has prompted commuting delays Wednesday morning, authorities said.

As of 5 a.m., there’s a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike - Western Spur eastbound on the entrance ramp near Interchange 16W - NJ 3 in East Rutherford, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

One right lane is closed, the agency said.
