Hazardous Weather Outlook, Wind Advisory Issued For Bergen County: See When

MAHWAH, NJ — With as much as 2 inches of rain in the forecast through Thursday, the National Weather Service predicts that flooding is possible for Bergen County streams and rivers.

In addition, wind gusts of up to 48 MPH are predicted for Wednesday night.

The National Weather Service gave an updated briefing on the "major coastal storm" on Wednesday morning:

A high wind watch and flood watch have been issued for the area for Wednesday afternoon through early Thursday morning.

On Wednesday, an inch of rain may fall during the day, and possibly another three quarters of inch at night. The full forecast, watches, and warnings for Bergen County are here.
