Mahwah's High School SAT Scores Among NJ's Highest

MAHWAH, NJ — Mahwah students' SAT scores rank in the top 40 of the average scores across New Jersey, information released by the New Jersey Department of Education shows.
The average SAT score in Mahwah for the 2017-18 school year was 1210, or 38th highest in New Jersey out of 307 districts.
For the math portion of the exam, Mahwah's average score was 616, good for 32nd highest.

The reading and writing portion, the average Mahwah score was 594, or 49th highest in New Jersey.
The SAT scores were part of the state Department of Education's School Performance Reports for the 2017-18 school year. The reports include figures on enrollment, proficiency scores, PARCC scores, graduation rates and SAT scores.
