NJ Man Dies In Upstate NY Overturned UTV Crash: Officials
A New Jersey man died Sunday after the utility-terrain vehicle he was driving overturned in upstate New York, authorities said.
NEW JERSEY - A New Jersey man died Sunday after his utility-terrain vehicle overturned in upstate New York, authorities said.
William Youhas, 45, was driving a side-by-side utility vehicle on Carcass Brook Road in Tompkins, N.Y. when he lost control of the vehicle, causing the UTV to overturn, the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
The sheriff's office did not disclose where in New Jersey Youhas lived, but public records show Youhas resided in Mahwah in Bergen County.

Youhas was “partially ejected” from the UTV during the crash, causing Youhas to be pinned between the vehicle and the roadway.
Despite lifesaving efforts from first responders, Youhas was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office credited the following agencies for assistance at the scene: Trout Creek Fire Department, Walton Fire and EMS, Lifenet Helicopter Service and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection Police.
