MAHWAH, NJ — A winter weather advisory is in effect in western Bergen County until 6 a.m. Monday, the National Weather Service announced Sunday afternoon.
Snow, ice, and wind will make road conditions slippery, and gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The NWS advises residents to drive with caution.
Snow accumulations of 1-2 inches and a light glaze of ice are expected as this storm system moves through, the NWS said. Wind gusts of up to 41 miles per hour are possible.

The low overnight is 26, and the temperature will be above 40 degrees by about 5 a.m. Monday.
Rain is likely again Monday morning, with a chance of more rain and snow between 11-1 p.m.
