Former WMUA Commissioner Recognized for 10 Years of Service

Steve Toubin was issued a Manalapan proclamation thanking him for serving the community.

Steve Toubin, a former Manalapan Commissioner of the Western Monmouth Utilities Authority, was issued an official proclamation from the Manalapan Township Committee last week for his hard work and devotion to the community.

Toubin has represented the Township on the WMUA for over ten years. Cohen said that Toubin’s “dedicated service to the community deserves special recognition.” The proclamation thanked Toubin for his tireless effort since 2003.

The current Commissioners representing Manalapan at the WMUA are Mary Ann Musich and Stephen McEnery.
