Manalapan Crime Rate Decreases 24 Percent From Last March

Crime statistics in released to the New Jersey State Police compared March 2013 to March 2012.

Manalapan saw a 24 percent decrease in crime in March of this year when compared to 2012.

In February 2013, the New Jersey State Police Uniform Crime Reporting Unit began providing comparative crime data for municipalities and counties. The data is updated every week, or as often as municipalities provide fresh numbers. 

Data is compared to the same month of the previous year.
