Woman's Body Found In Sea Bright Surf Still Unidentified: Monmouth County Prosecutor

Authorities are asking for any possible information.

SEA BRIGHT, NJ - The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office is asking for any information about the African-American woman discovered in the ocean off Sea Bright earlier this week.

The woman was roughly 50 to 60 years old, five feet, three inches tall and weight about 169 pounds, said spokesman Charles Webster.

She was wearing black jeans and a gray T-shirt and had medium length black hair. She is believed to have potential ties to New York City. Anyone with information is urged to call the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office at 732-431-7160.

Her body was found washed up in the area of Anchorage Beach near the 900 block of Ocean Avenue on July 30.
