A search of the SUV at the scene found a 40mm Ruger handgun with a 30-round high-capacity magazine loaded with hollow-point ammunition, 50 Ecstasy pills, and marijuana exceeding the amount legal to possess for personal consumption that was packed "indicative of possession with the intent to distribute," Kline said.
Woods was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of hollow-point ammunition, and possession of a large capacity magazine, and released with a summons under bail reform rules, Kline said. The investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending, he said. Officer Sean Phillips assisted at the scene, he said.
