Teen Boy From Manchester Found Safe, Police Say
The 14-year-old has been found and is safe, Manchester police said.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township police say a 14-year-old boy who had been missing has been found safe and sound.
Jacob Higgins had last been seen on Sunday, police said in their initial request for help in finding him. He was found Monday morning, police said.
They did not give any details about where he had been or where he was found, just that he was safe.
