Teen Missing In Manchester Found After 2 Weeks, Police Say

The 15-year-old had last been seen walking away from his home but has now been found, police say.

MANCHESTER, NJ — A Manchester Township teenager who had gone missing has been found safe after two weeks, police said.

Joseph Johnson, 15, had disappeared after leaving home on Aug. 24, Manchester police said. On Monday, they announced he had been found.

"Joseph Johnson has been safely located. We recognize there is public interest regarding his whereabouts over the past two weeks; however, as there is no public safety concern, no additional information will be released at this time," police said.
