Toms River Man Accused of Sex Assault at Manchester Home
Grand juries hand up indictments

A Toms River man is free on $250,000 bail and facing burglary, assault and sex assault charges after an incident Nov. 13 in Manchester.
Authorities said Kinerd A. Reyes, 25, burglarized an Oak Lane home Nov. 13 and encountered a resident. Reyes assaulted her physically and sexually during the burglary, the indictment states.
Reyes was indicted on charges including burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated sexual assault and sexual assault.

He made bail Dec. 16 and is forbidden contact with the Manchester victim as a condition of bail.

- William R. Sieber, 45, of Little Egg Harbor on a false incrimination charge.
Authorities said Sieber gave false information to the Manchester police in September in an attempt to falsely incriminate a family member. He was released on $10,000 bail.
- Christopher E. Wallace, 38, of Lakewood on a drug charge.
Wallace was arrested Nov. 28 in Manchester and accused of having marijuana with intent to distribute. He is free on $25,000 bail.
