Colts Neck Man Allegedly Bought Oxy with Forged Prescriptions

A Colts Neck man was indicted last week on charges alleging he used stolen prescription pads to buy oxycodone.
Michael Maresca, 25 of Lindy Lane, allegedly stole blank prescription pads from both Ocean Township and Colts Neck to buy oxycodone prescriptions from an Eatontown pharmacy on several occasions.
According to indictment records, Maresca is charged with two counts of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, two counts uttering a forged instrument and receiving stolen property.
