Family of Pathmark Shooting Victim Files Suit Against Store

LoBrutto was gunned down by a fellow employee while working an overnight shift at the Old Bridge Pathmark.

A new report reveals the family of Pathmark shooting victim Christina LoBrutto has filed a lawsuit against Pathmark.

According to the Asbury Park Press, the LoBrutto family is claiming store managers violated company policy by allowing the shooter, Terrence Tyler, to leave and return to the store during an overnight shift.

Store policy was allegedly violated when a door was propped open and LoBrutto's family also claims Pathmark failed to screen employees, and according to The Asbury Park Press

The suit names Pathmark supervisors, the parent company and the building owners as defendents.
