Child Sexual Assault At Motel, Morris County Man Charged: Police
Jose Rivera-Lobos of Dover was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of children, police said.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A Dover man was charged in the sexual assault of two underage girls at a motel on Sunday, according to the Andover Township Police Department.
The condition of the two underage girls was not known.
Jose Rivera-Lobos, 30, of Dover, faces two charges of sexual assault and two charges of endangering the welfare of children stemming from an incident at the Econo Lodge on Route 206, Andover Township police said Friday.

Rivera-Lobos is currently in custody in the Morris County Correctional Facility. It's unclear if bail was set.
Rivera-Lobos could face additional charges, police said.

Andover police learned one girl was at the motel with a man after it received a call about 9 a.m. Sunday from the Elizabeth Police Department, according to a news release from Andover police.
Officers found Rivera-Lobos in the room, where he had registered to stay, with two underage girls.
The Newton Police Department, Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey State Police crime scene unit worked with Andover police.
