Election Guide: Where To Vote, Hours, Who's On The Ballot In The Chesters
State, county, and local races need votes Tuesday, Nov. 3.

Tuesday, Nov. 3 is Election Day, and Mendham Township and Mendham Borough have some important decisions to make.
In Chester Borough, two residents are running as Republicans for open council seats and three-year terms, unopposed. They are incumbent Elizabeth Gugliemini and newcomer Kyle Holman.
On the West Morris Regional Board of Education, Don Storms is running unopposed for a three-year term to represent the borough.

On the Chester School District Board of Education, two residents are running with three, three-year seats available. They are Michael Tomasco and Carolyn Kleppe-Collins.
Two Republicans are running unopposed for three-year seats on the Chester Township Committee. They are Karen Powell and Jacqueline Spinelli.

In the General Assembly, Morris County representatives and incumbent Republicans Michael Patrick Carroll and Anthony M. Bucco are opposed by Democrats Richard Corcoran III, and Thomas Moran in the 25th Legislative District.
Six candidates are seeking seats on the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, with just one an incumbent. Republicans John Cesaro (incumbent), Christine Myers, and Deborah Smith are vying for three seats with three-year terms against Democrats Richard Escobar, Brendan Liam Keating, and Webster Lewin.
Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3.
