Election Guide: Where To Vote, Hours, Who's On The Ballot In The Mendhams

State, county, local races need votes Nov. 3.

Tuesday, Nov. 3 is Election Day, and Mendham Township and Mendham Borough have some important decisions to make.

While there are no contested local elections, county and state races need local votes.

In Mendham Township, Republican committeemen Frank Cioppettini, Jr. and Christopher Baumann are running unopposed for three-year seats.

On the Mendham Township Board of Education, only Fion Andrew Wood is running for a three-year term, but two seats are open.

In Mendham Borough, Republican councilmen Stanley Witczak, III and John Andrus are running unopposed for three-year seats.

On the Mendham Borough Board of Education, Beth Cocuzza, Stephen Dolan, and Annemarie Hornyak are all running unopposed for three, three-year terms.

In the General Assembly, Morris County representatives and incumbent Republicans Michael Patrick Carroll and Anthony M. Bucco are opposed by Democrats Richard Corcoran III, and Thomas Moran in the 25th Legislative District.

Six candidates are seeking seats on the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, with just one an incumbent. Republicans John Cesaro (incumbent), Christine Myers, and Deborah Smith are vying for three seats with three-year terms against Democrats Richard Escobar, Brendan Liam Keating, and Webster Lewin.
