A 46-year resident of Chester, NJ, Carol owned and operated The Book Swapper, one of Chester’s most beloved stores, from 1977 – 1996. Customers would come from miles away to visit and chat with her, knowing she would have a good book recommendation for them.
A fan of classic TV movies, she was a true matriarch and devoted to her family. Her greatest joy was living in close proximity to her children and watching her grandchildren grow up around her. She enjoyed traveling with her husband to many places throughout her life, especially to Cape Cod.
