Hilltop Students Portray Historical Figures With Wax Museum

Fourth-graders taught third-graders about important people in history.

MENDHAM, N.J. – It was a great time of learning at Mendham’s Hilltop Elementary School as students turned themselves into wax statues of historical figures.

The project, part of character education and biographical research, involved fourth graders researching various influential individuals from the past to the present.

Students used multiple sources and identified inspirational character traits and facts about their individual, the school said.
