Mendham Borough Police reported pulling over a 24-year-old Hackettstown man at approximately 7:57 AM this past Tuesday for driving while his fingers flew over a cellular keyboard. According to police, the driver was found to have marijuana so he was arrested and cited with traffic summons' for Poss. of CDS in a Motor Vehicle and Use of a Hand Held Device, in addition to his criminal charge for the marijuana. He was released pending a mandatory court appearance in September.

 A young man was pulled over for texting while driving--then arrested for drug possession.
