Weigh In On Chester Borough's Main Street Improvement Plan Next Week

CHESTER, NJ — As Chester Borough officials plan out possible improvements along Main Street, they are inviting the public to see the latest concepts and strategies being considered.

Officials said an upcoming presentation on May 7 will incorporate some of the public feedback that residents had already given, and people are encouraged to share more of their input on the plans.

"Key discussion topics will focus on issues and concerns with Main Street ranging from sidewalks, lighting, furniture, public art, traffic calming and other elements," officials said.

The presentation will be held at Borough Hall (50 North Road, Chester NJ) on Tuesday, May 7, beginning at 7 p.m.
