Former Keansburg Man Indicted In Aggravated Sexual Assault Of Minors
Robert L. Wisiak, 45, was indicted on two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, officials announced on Monday.

KEANSBURG, NJ — A Monmouth County grand jury has returned an indictment against a former Keansburg resident who was charged with the sexual assault of two minors that took place over 20 years ago, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Julia Alonso announced on Monday.
Robert L. Wisiak, 45, of South River, was indicted on two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, according to prosecutors.
Wisiak was originally arrested by members of the Keansburg Police Department on October 20, 2023, officials said.

An investigation revealed that the sexual assaults by Wisiak upon the victim took place on multiple occasions between the years of 1999-2001. At the time of the assaults, prosecutors said the victim was a minor under the age of 13.
Following the announcement of Wisiak’s arrest, a second victim came forward. Prosecutors said the second victim was sexually assaulted during the same time frame, and was also a minor under the age of 13 at the time of the attacks.

If convicted, Wisiak could face up to 20 years in state prison, officials said, along with being subject to the provisions of Megan’s Law registration and Parole Supervision for Life.
According to prosecutors, this case has been assigned to Monmouth County Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie Dugan. Wisiak is represented by Joy Anderson, Esq., with an office in Eatontown.
Investigators are seeking additional information about Wisiak’s activities.
