Spooky Tales, Ghost Walks Through Sandy Hook This October

​Held around the tip of Sandy Hook, there are two dates for the nighttime walk. You must register in advance.

HIGHLANDS, NJ — Get ready to take a spooky walk through the abandoned U.S. Army buildings and windswept dunes of Sandy Hook!

As they do every year around this time, the American Littoral Society will host their "Spooky Tales/Ghosts of Historic Fort Hancock" this month.

Friday, October 18, 7 - 9 p.m.
Thursday, October 24, 7 - 9 p.m.

Get into the Halloween spirit on this moonlit walk around historic Fort Hancock (the old U.S. Army base), where ghosts have been known to linger. It is $20 per person. You must register to attend; you cannot simply show up. Register through their links here:
