Baseball Field Vandalized In Montclair: Police

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Someone vandalized a local baseball field in Montclair earlier this week, authorities reported Tuesday.

The Montclair Police Department released the following details about the damage, which was reported on Monday near Champlain Terrace:

“A contractor working at Woodman Field reported that the netting around the baseball field had all its pulley ropes (used to raise and lower the netting) cut. In addition, a hole was cut into a section of the netting.”
