Montclair Science Teacher Mad About Halloween

Montclair science teacher Daniel Taylor knows a teaching moment when he sees one.

Taylor welcomed students to Mt. Hebron Middle School Halloween morning with "boo bubbles."

From his mini-mad-scientist laboratory set up in the lobby, the masked teacher carefully combined warm water and dry ice to create soapy bubbles which disappeared in a puff of smoke.

The point of his experiment? To demonstrate that everything — even Halloween — has a connection to science.
