3K Vote-By-Mail Ballots Still Outstanding In Burlington County

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — There are at least 3,000 vote-by-mail ballots that remain to be counted in Burlington County Wednesday morning, leaving the outcome of many Election Night races still in question.

According to a county spokesman, the county still has to count ballots that were placed in drop boxes countywide on Tuesday, as well as provisional ballots and any ballots that arrive in the mail and are properly postmarked over the next few days. The total number of outstanding ballots remains unknown.
