8 Charged In ‘Riot’ At Burlington City Neighborhood Gathering

BURLINGTON CITY, NJ - Eight individuals were charged with various riot, weapons and assault offenses following a gathering in Burlington City last month, authorities said.

The East Federal Street gathering was reported to police at around 4:50 p.m. on Friday, March 31, Burlington City police said.

Upon arrival, one officer was met with an “extremely chaotic scene”of about 20 to 30 individuals arguing or running from the area, police said.

Additional officers were called to the scene to de-escalate and disperse the crowd. An investigation into the gathering was subsequently launched by Burlington City police, resulting in charges filed against eight city residents ranging from 21 to 67 years old.

All eight subjects were charged on summons complaints pending a court appearance, police said.

The following individuals have been charged in connection with the incident:

• Terry Fisher, age 29 of Burlington City, NJ: Riot, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Aggravated Assault with a Weapon, Certain Person Not to Possess a Weapon, Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct. Fisher was taken into custody and lodged in the Burlington County Detention Facility pending a Court appearance.
• Tamyra Fisher, age 50 of Burlington City, NJ: Riot, Disorderly Conduct
• Terriana Fisher, age 28 of Burlington City, NJ: Disorderly Conduct
• Ernestine Brown, age 67 of Burlington City, NJ: Riot, Simple Assault (2 counts), Disorderly Conduct
• Joseph Tucker, age 48 of Burlington City, NJ: Riot, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct
• Allen Tucker, age 51 of Burlington City, NJ: Riot, Disorderly Conduct
• Celena Tucker, age 50 of Burlington City, NJ: Riot, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, Aggravated Assault with a Weapon and Disorderly Conduct.
• Raeyoma Tucker, age 21 of Burlington City, NJ: Riot, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct.

• Raeshawn Greene, age 24 of Burlington City, NJ: Riot, Disorderly Conduct
