Rt. 73 Shut Down Until Friday Morning After Crash In Burlington Co.: Police
The roadway has been closed in both directions, with traffic disruptions extending to the Jersey Turnpike and I-295.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — Route 73 is expected to remain closed until Friday morning after a crash in Mount Laurel shut down the highway and created significant traffic disruptions throughout the area, officials said.
A vehicle hit a pole at 9:39 a.m. Thursday on Route 73 northbound at Fellowship Road, sending wires into the roadway, police said. No injuries were reported, and authorities don't suspect any criminality in the collision.

But the crash has shut down a stretch of Route 73 between the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295. Several nearby roadways have been closed or detoured.
Route 73 is expected to remain closed by Fellowship Road until about 7 a.m. Friday, police said late Thursday afternoon.

PSE&G is at the scene. The power company is reporting only eight outages in Mount Laurel as of 4 p.m. Thursday, and it's unclear whether they're linked to the crash.
The township had 68 outages at noon Thursday.
Mount Laurel police shared the following closures and detours:
- Route 73 northbound closed at Ramblewood Parkway and Rogers Walk; no left turns or U-turns at Rogers Walk.
- Route 73 southbound: closed at Beaver Avenue; no left turns or U-turns at Church Road.
- Fellowship Road southbound: closed at West Park Drive. Anyone exiting a business between West Park Drive and Route 73 must travel northbound (away from Route 73).
- Fellowship Road northbound: all traffic is detoured to Route 73 southbound; no left turns at Route 73, and no crossing over Route 73.
- Interstate 295: all access to Route 73 shut down at Exit 36.
- New Jersey Turnpike: Access to Toll 4 shut down at Route 73 northbound.
