Patullo has been on the Eagles' coaching staff since 2021 and was promoted to offensive coordinator before this season. He has shouldered much of the blame for the team's offensive woes.

Fans chanted for him to be fired during Friday's game, and a road sign calling for his firing was seen Monday by Lincoln Financial Field.
