Fire On Route 70 Closes Lanes In Burlington Co.
Several side streets in the area are also fully or partially closed.
EVESHAM, NJ — Route 70 has been partially closed because of a utility pole fire Friday morning in Evesham, officials said.
The fire broke out in the area of the wires on a pole located on Route 70 East by North Locust Avenue, according to Evesham Fire Rescue.
Route 70 East is down to one lane, while access to the highway from North Locust Avenue, Cooper Avenue and Plaza 70 is closed or reduced as of 9:30 a.m.
