Former Hotel ML By Moorestown Will Reopen After Labor Day With New Name
The hotel part of the building's new name will likely be Grand Resort Hotel, a company affiliated with its redevelopment said.
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — The building along State Route 73 in Mount Laurel that once housed the Hotel ML was expected to partially reopen after Labor Day, the president of a company affiliated with its redevelopment said.
The hotel part of the building's new name will likely be Grand Resort Hotel, added Tamer Tom Basol, president of Dynasty Hospitality.
Barring a last-minute snag, roughly one-third of the hotel's 279 rooms will be available to the public starting on Tuesday and the rest of the rooms will likely open sometime in the fall, he said.

"A fusion restaurant serving American, Italian, Chinese and Mexican foods" will open near the former Hotel ML sometime in the fall, Basol continued.

Negotiations to reopen the Coco Key Water Resort were still taking place as of Thursday afternoon, according to Basol.
"Sometimes things change," he said. "I don't want to say something and later on it will be something different."
The Hotel ML and Coco Key Water Resort closed in 2020.
