Moorestown drew higher turnout than the last gubernatorial election. Here's how the results compare from 2021.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Supporters of Mikie Sherrill propelled higher voter turnout for Moorestown in the 2025 General Election.

There were 9,824 ballots cast in Moorestown as of Election Night — about 1,000 more than New Jersey's last gubernatorial election.

Democratic candidate Mikie Sherrill exceeded Gov. Phil Murphy's 2021 vote total by roughly the same margin, generating 5,825 votes in Moorestown.

Meanwhile, Republican candidate Jack Ciattarelli's vote totals in Moorestown didn't fluctuate much. But this time he received about 40 percent of Moorestown's votes, compared to nearly 45 percent when he ran against Murphy last time.

All 2025 election numbers remain unofficial until certified on a later date.

  • Joanne Kuniansky (Socialist Workers Party): 6 (0.1%)
