Large Amount Of Marijuana At Center Of Walmart Shooting: Report
Four people who fatally shot a teenager outside an NJ Walmart were after thousands of dollars worth of pot, the Courier Post reports.
BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — Four people who fatally shot a teenager outside a Burlington County Walmart last month were reportedly after thousands of dollars worth of marijuana.
A “large amount of marijuana” was found inside the car that 17-year-old Albert Williams and his father, 44-year-old Dione Williams Sr., both of Hammonton, used to get to the Walmart in Burlington Township on Oct. 7, the Courier Post reports. A gun concealed by Dione Williams was also found.
Jayviyohn J. Earley, 19; Kweli L. McCants, 20; and Azza Kamnaksh, 19, all of Willingboro, have all been charged with varying degrees of possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the shooting that killed Albert Williams and injured Dione Williams. Kayhree Simmons, 19 of Willingboro, was charged with first-degree felony murder, second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, second-degree conspiracy to commit robbery, third-degree hindering and fourth-degree obstruction.
Authorities previously said that the parties had planned to meet up at the Walmart on Mount Holly Road. When they met up, an argument broke out, and it was followed by gunfire, according to authorities.

In addition to the drug charges:
- Earley was charged with first-degree felony murder and second-degree conspiracy to commit robbery;
- McCants was charged with second-degree conspiracy to commit robbery and third-degree hindering; and
- Kamnaksh, 19, was charged with third-degree hindering and fourth-degree obstruction.
