LETTER: Vote Ruchika Arora For Moorestown Board Of Education

I writing to express my enthusiastic support for Ruchika Arora as a candidate for the Moorestown Board of Education. Ruchika’s passion for STEM education and commitment to fostering a respectful learning environment make her an ideal candidate to represent our community. Additionally, her experience as an educator and small business owner gives her a deep understanding of the needs of teachers and support staff. I have known Ruchika since 2018, and in that time, she's been my manager, mentor, and friend. As manager of Best in Class, she taught me not only how to help each student excel academically but also how to help each student develop the necessary confidence and emotional regulation to reach their goals. From a professional lens, I cannot recommend her enough.

From a personal lens, she is an amazing mentor and friend. We live in a very politicized world, and as an LGBT+ person, with Ruchika, I am not politicized - I am just me. Ruchika’s dedication to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment will benefit all students, educators, and support staff, regardless of their backgrounds.

Ruchika’s leadership and vision will be invaluable assets to our Board of Education, and I urge voters to join me in supporting her candidacy.
