First Bluegrass Festival In Moorestown To Feature Day Of Live Music
Organizers hope to turn the festival into an annual celebration.
MOORESTOWN, NJ — Several regional bands will perform this weekend at the first-ever Moorestown Bluegrass Festival.
The festival will feature live music from six different bands, running from 3-9 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Fields on Church Street.
Local organizations Homegrown Moorestown and the Moorestown Music Collective are hosting the event, which they hope will grow into an annual tradition.

"This inaugural event aims to celebrate the state’s rich string music heritage and provide a platform for local talent and bluegrass lovers to come together," the event page says.
The free festival will also feature local food vendors, beer and wine stands, and family-friendly yard games and activities.

Here's the performance schedule:
- 3-3:45 p.m.: Wood Flower
- 3:45-4:05 p.m.: Sean Daniels (side stage)
- 4:05-4:50 p.m.: Jody Drive
- 5:10-5:55 p.m.: Midnight Flyer
- 5:55-6:25 p.m.: Sean Daniels (side stage)
- 6:25-6:50 p.m.: Stein Holding with King's Road Brewing (main stage)
- 7:10-7:55 p.m.: Justin Trawick and the Common Good
- 8:10-8:55 p.m.: Red Tailed Rounders
