PA Fugitive Arrested in Moorestown Mall Parking Lot

Also, police nab a Magnolia man who they say had counterfeit money and heroin in his car.

Aug. 10

  • David Hamilton, 34, of Hider Lane, Clementon, arrested after he was caught concealing $961.50 worth of polo shirts from Macy’s at the Moorestown Mall, police said. Hamilton allegedly injured a security guard when he tried to flee and a hypodermic needle was subsequently found in his pocket, according to police. He was charged with robbery and possession of a hypodermic needle.

  • Gregory Bell, 28, of Pelham Road, Marlton, arrested after he was caught concealing two Ice brand watches on separate occasions on Aug. 8 and 12—total value $396—according to police. A hypodermic needle was also found on Bell when he was taken into custody. He was charged with two counts of shoplifting and possession of a syringe and released on a summons.

  • Phillip Pizzo, 32, of North White Horse Pike, Magnolia, arrested on charges of possession of counterfeit money, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop at Bridgeboro and Westfield roads, according to police.

  • Eric Hovinton, 40, of West Jefferson Street, Philadelphia, arrested in the Moorestown Mall parking lot after police discovered he was wanted in Pennsylvania, according to a report. He was committed to Burlington County Jail on $1,000 bail.
