Police Car Strikes, Critically Injures Woman In Burlington Co.: Authorities

EVESHAM, NJ — A woman was critically injured after a police vehicle struck her in the roadway Wednesday in Evesham, authorities said.

A marked Maple Shade police car was making a turn when the driver struck a woman in the crosswalk, authorities said. The woman was brought to Cooper University Hospital in critical condition.

The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office is investigating the incident.
