DELRAN, NJ - A Riverton man was nabbed during a robbery in progress at a Delran bank last week, authorities said. On Friday at around 1:44 p.m., Delran police responded to the WSFS Bank on Route 130 for a report of a bank robbery in progress, authorities said. At the scene, a 63-year-old Riverton man, who was not named in a police statement, was apprehended, Delran police said. The man had reportedly shown a note to the bank teller demanding money, police said. The man was charged with robbery and lodged at the Burlington County Jail.
