Township Of Moorestown: Landlords Encouraged To Participate In Moorestown's Rental Rehab Program

Moorestown is now seeking interested landlords to participate in the NEW Rental Rehabilitation Program. Owners of rental units can receive up to $15,000 per unit for major code-compliance repairs in exchange for applying a deed restriction to maintain each program-assisted unit as affordable housing.
