Woman, 89, Killed In Crash After Exiting Driveway In Burlington Co.: Police
She was brought to the hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
SOUTHAMPTON, NJ — A woman succumbed to her injuries after getting into a crash while exiting a driveway Thursday in Burlington County, authorities told Patch.
The crash happened just before noon on Route 70 in Southampton. State Police identified the deceased woman as Carol Fischer, 89.
Fischer got onto Route 70 West from a driveway when a Ford Excursion was traveling westbound and collided with her Volkswagen Jetta, according to the preliminary investigation from State Police.

Fischer, of Southampton, was seriously injured. She was brought to the hospital, where she later died from her injuries. State Police did not say when she died.
No other injuries were reported.
