Two Men Spray Paint Morris Plains Park Patio, Charged With Criminal Mischief: Police

A Morris Plains officer spotted four people inside Community Park after dark and two admitted to spray painting graffiti, police said.

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J.– Two men were charged with criminal mischief after spray painting a concrete patio inside the Community Park, authorities said.

Officers Robert Guild spotted Colin Bolger, Ryan Moran, Gerard Cifrodelli, and Rebekka Strasser in the park at around 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 21, Chief Jason A. Kohn said.

Bolger, 20, of Florham Park and Moran, 27, of East Hanover, were charged with criminal mischief, Kohn said.

Gerard Cifrodelli, 20, of Florham Park and Rebekka Strasser, 18, of Oak Ridge were charged with local ordinance violations, the chief said.

Officer Joseph Heinz assisted.
