Gannon Elected Morris County Sheriff
The former Morris County Prosecutor's Office's Deputy Chief of Investigations received 126,660 votes, according to results.
MORRIS COUNTY, N.J.– Republican James M. Gannon on Tuesday defeated Democratic challenger Mark Dombrowski to replace Ed Rochford as Morris County Sheriff, according to unofficial results provided by Morris County Clerk Ann Grassi.
Gannon, who has spent over 30 years in law enforcement – including over 2 decades as the Morris County Prosecutor's Office's Deputy Chief of Investigations – received 126,660 votes.
Dombrowski received 73,791 votes.
