'Hamilton Affair' Author Joins Morris County Holly Walk

Elizabeth Cobbs is set to visit two historic locations during the two-day event, officials said.

MORRIS COUNTY, N.J.– The author of "The Hamilton Affair: A Novel" will visit Morristown as a special guest during the Morris County Tourism Bureau’s 2016 Holly Walk event.

Elizabeth Cobbs is slated to be at the Schuyler-Hamilton House on Dec. 3 and at the Ford Mansion at Morristown National Historic Park on Dec. 4, according to Morris County Communications and Digital Media Manager Larry Ragonese.

Hamilton and Elizabeth Schuyler, from passionate and tender beginnings to his fateful duel at Weehawken," according to Ragonese.

The two-day event, where five historic sites will be decorated for the holidays and open to visitors, is slated for 11 a.m.–4 p.m. on Dec. 3 and 4.
