Frelinghuysen received 63.10 percent of the votes (99,607), according to results.

MORRIS COUNTY, N.J.– Incumbent Republican Rodney P. Frelinghuysen on Tuesday was elected to his 12th term representing the 11th Congressional District, which covers towns in Essex, Passaic, Sussex and Morris Counties, according to unofficial results from Morris County Clerk Ann Grassi.
Frelinghuysen received 63.10 percent of the votes (99,607).
The Harding Township resident defeated Democratic challenger Joseph M. Wenzel of West Orange.

Wenzel, a lawyer in his native Clifton, received 35.11 percent of the votes (55,420).

Independent Thomas DePasquale and Libertarian Jeff Hetrick received 1,468 and 1,269 votes, respectively.
