"We chose to open a Malaysian Restaurant to add more variety to the existing local restaurants," said manager Diana Kwok, Ho's business partner. "It is the first Malaysian restaurant in town. Morristown is diverse and many people from the surrounding areas come here for food. It is also convenient because of the train station and how close it is from NYC."
