Morris County Freeholders Presenting Awards to Local Veterans

Ten local veterans will receive Morris County Distinguished Military Service Medals during an hour-long ceremony in Morristown.

MORRISTOWN, N.J.– The Morris County Board of Freeholders on Wednesday will be awarding medals to 10 local veterans in an hour-long ceremony inside the Administrations and Records Building.

The honorees receiving Morris County Distinguished Military Service Medals:

  • Jon Karl Hanna, N.J. Army National Guard (Denville);
  • Drew Elliott Hanna. U.S. Navy (Mine Hill);
  • Joshua Marchal, U.S. Navy (Florham Park);
  • Brian Francis McGuire, U.S. Marines (Washington Twp.);
  • John Kessler, U.S. Air Force (Randolph);
  • Edward Hunter Jr., U.S. Army (Rockaway Twp.);
  • Gennard (Jerry) Napolitano, U.S. Army (Denville);
  • Richard Yobs Sr., U.S. Navy (Denville);
  • Donald Seath, U.S. Navy (Wharton)
  • Louis Golia, U.S. Army (Rockaway).

The ceremony is slated for 6:45-7:45 p.m. inside the fifth floor public meeting room.
